ARE THEY GOOD NEIGHBORS?
They were fined $100,000 by US Government in 1995 for violations of Clean Air Act,
USA v. Bio Energy Corp., Case No. 95-CV-327 (D.N.H.1995);
Sued by Hopkinton residents and town for creating a nuisance and for failing to be responsive to townspeoples concerns;
Violated the Whistleblowers Protection Act, appeal of Bio Energy Corp.,
135 N.H. 517 (1992);
Anthony DiNapoli convicted of felony witness tampering in 2003,
State of New Hampshire, 149 N.H. 514 (2003).
Sued for non-payment of debts and wages
CHANGE IN OPERATIONS AT BIO ENERGY IS CHANGE OF USE
